Heinrich V| Heinrich was generally regarded as the best preforming Hungarian stag to have been imported into New Zealand, and is the sire of such exceptional sires as Heinrich III, Heinrich V, Lazlo, Novi and dozens more.
Dam 47 was the best preforming pure Eastern dam in New Zealand. She is the mother of Leopould II, Tito II, Heinrich II, III, IV and V. All had exceptional growth rates nad very good antlers. At 25 yrs she finally produced a daughter by Heinrich, which we also owned.
Heinrich V from the cross of these two exceptional animals has it all. The temperament of his offspring are generally excellent and a pleasure to handle in the shed. Any farmer needing to improve hind temperament would achieve this using Heinrich V bloodlines.
Heinrich V has the best growth rates to 18 months of age of any stag that Stanfield has ever produced. He had a weaning weight of 85kgs which importantly also targets calving date and mothering ability. By mid November at just over 12 months he weighed in at 157kgs.
Heinrich V has a very large and well conformed rack of antlers. These genetics are ideal for crossing with English hinds for increasing the velvet length and breeding trophies.
Sadly Heinrich V passed away late in the winter of 2008. |
